Job Description:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media including corporate artwork, brochures, promotion materials, packaging materials, websites, social media, advertisements and others.

• Assist in planning and execution of sales & marketing, promotional programs and events.
• Collaborate with the marketing and related teams to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts.
• To undertake other duties assigned or directed by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
• At least 1 year of previous experience in graphic design or visual arts with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity.
• Photography and videography skills and experiences will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage.

• Responsible for the entire spectrum of sales and marketing functions which will include servicing the existing customers in domestic and obtaining the sales orders to meet the sales target.

SUMMARY

In this role, you will be working with cross-functional teams and the clients, in executing and managing all digital ad campaigns across different digital channels, from pre-campaign execution, campaign execution (setup campaign tracking, optimize campaign delivery, etc), and post-campaign execution. You will be responsible to ensure all ads come with a robust end-to-end commercial strategy, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the client needs. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in brainstorming, planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies, marketing ideas, strengthen the brand and positioning of products.
• Provide customer support to manage, monitor, and engage customers via various platforms, including but not limited to, social media, email, phone, and chat.
• Respond promptly to customers on a timely basis on all social engagement, address any issues escalated from customers, and establish a good relationship with customers.
